We combine the proven effectiveness of hydraulic strength training machines with a “unique” cardio/ Ramping station. Our cardio/ Ramping stations keep our members’ heart pumping as well as adding other total body conditioning benefits. Balance, Flexibility, Co-ordination and Endurance are all utilized when performing these exercises.
Members love the creativity and the

aerobic stations. You can dance, jog, walk,
march, jump rope, or any other number of
cardiovascular activities that you enjoy!
